Prepping like a Pro: Stretching for Tennis, Part II

This exercise is perfect for lateral movement and warming up the knee. Exercise recommended especially for anyone who has to play on clay or who is a baseline player at heart. This, in combination with the first set of stretches from Part I, will get you more than ready for a peak performance on the tennis court. Don't ever take stretching before a match or even a friendly rally lightly!
